Ulrike made it very easy for us as it was our first time away with our baby son which made us feel a lot more at ease due to the facilities she offered such as a crib, high chair, toys etc which meant we could pack much lighter, the check in process was also very convenient as we had an early morning flight and were able to check in straight away via the key safe which meant we didn’t have to hang around with our luggage all day.
